DriveBest is a product of LPR NEXUS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16356758. LPR NEXUS LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

What information we collect

If you join the DriveBest waitlist, we collect your email address.

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information generated when you visit or submit the form, such as your IP address, browser information and request logs.

We do not use the DriveBest waitlist page for advertising profiling or behavioural tracking.

Why we use your information

We use your email address to:

• manage the DriveBest waitlist;
• tell you when DriveBest becomes available;
• send early-access and founding-school information; and
• send relevant DriveBest product news and offers.

We do not sell your personal information or share your email address with other organisations for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent to send you DriveBest waitlist, launch and marketing emails. You give this consent when you choose to join the waitlist after being told what emails you will receive.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@lprnexus.com.

Who processes your information for us

We use selected service providers to operate the waitlist:

• Resend to store waitlist contacts and send email communications.
• Vercel to host the DriveBest waitlist website and process website requests.

These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we require appropriate safeguards to be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

How long we keep your information

We will keep your waitlist information until the earliest of:

• you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it;
• 12 months after DriveBest launches, if you have not become a customer or chosen to continue receiving updates; or
• the point at which we no longer need the information for the purpose for which it was collected.

If you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record containing your email address and opt-out status so that we can respect your request not to contact you again.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format.

You can withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing.
